INGREDIENTS:
4 - 4 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 1/3 cup chocolate cocoa
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup soy milk
Put confectioners sugar and cocoa in blender with whisk attachment. Add vegetable shortening, 1 tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla. Start by adding 1/4 cup soy milk. Continue to add 1 tablespoon of soy milk at a time, until desired thickness is achieved. Whisk for 3-4 minutes on high.
